Amed Concierge Services – Booking Terms & Conditions
By confirming a booking with Amed Concierge Services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation
All concierge services, including but not limited to tours, transfers, private drivers, private chefs, catering, in-villa massages, boat trips, and activity bookings, are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required in advance to confirm all bookings.
- Payment may be made via approved online payment methods, bank transfer, or other payment options provided at checkout.
- Prices are shown in the stated currency unless otherwise noted.
- Any bank transfer fees, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, intermediary bank charges, or international transfer deductions are the responsibility of the guest. The full invoiced amount must be received in order for the booking to be confirmed.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All confirmed bookings with Amed Concierge Services are non-refundable.
- If a guest cancels after payment, no refund will be issued.
- If a service provider cancels, becomes unavailable, or weather/safety conditions prevent the service from operating, we will offer:
- a suitable alternative, or
- a rescheduled date, or
- a refund only if no suitable alternative can be provided
4. Changes to Bookings
Requests to amend a booking are subject to availability and provider approval. Additional charges may apply.
5. Third-Party Providers
Amed Concierge Services acts as a booking facilitator for selected third-party service providers. While we carefully select our partners, service delivery is subject to the provider’s availability, operating conditions, and safety requirements.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
- providing accurate booking details,
- arriving on time,
- complying with provider instructions and safety requirements,
- disclosing relevant health, dietary, or mobility considerations where applicable.
7. Liability
Amed Concierge Services is not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, weather disruptions, force majeure events, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

FINAL SHORT INVOICE TERMS
Invoice Terms – Amed Concierge Services
Full payment is required to confirm all bookings. All confirmed concierge services are non-refundable. Any bank, gateway, transfer, or currency conversion fees are payable by the client, and the full invoiced amount must be received. In the event of supplier cancellation or unsafe operating conditions, a reschedule, alternative service, or refund may be offered where applicable. Payment confirms acceptance of our booking terms.
FINAL INTERNAL / BOOKING CONFIRMATION TERMS
Amed Concierge Booking Terms (Internal / Confirmation Message)
- Full payment required to confirm all services.
- Once confirmed and paid, bookings are non-refundable.
- This applies to transfers, tours, activities, private chef, catering, massages, boat trips, and other villa services.
- Any bank fees, card fees, Xendit/payment gateway charges, transfer deductions, intermediary bank charges, or FX conversion fees are the guest’s responsibility.
- We must receive the full invoiced amount net in order to confirm the booking.
- Changes are subject to provider availability and may incur extra charges.
- If the provider cancels or conditions are unsafe (weather/sea/safety), we will offer reschedule, alternative, or refund if no replacement is possible.
- Payment confirms acceptance of our booking terms.
