Half day – Introduction to Balinese medicinal plants and spices; guests prepare and sample traditional jamu followed by refreshments with views.
This Culinary encounter will ignite your passion for natural medicines. We will introduce you to many of the plants and spices that the Balinese forage for to make their traditional potions. As you discover their medicinal as well as magical qualities of these ingredients, you will make a selection of “Jamu” or medicinal potions to sample.
